Each enteric coated highly absorbable softgel of Omega-3 Fish Oil provides 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA, and is supplemented with the complete mix of Vitamin E tocopherols, which secures the freshness of the oil and supplies the body with supplementary Vitamin E that it may desire. When polyunsaturated oils such as DHA and EPA are consumed, increased amounts of Vitamin E are required.
